Here's the list feelings to give you a better idea of how to make observations:

To Improve yourself, take an Inventory of what you do every day, find better Tools than what you're using, and then Apply those new tools to optimize what you do
we can always work towards making things better, and that's something we all aim to do whether we like it or not
An example of this would be... I work for 27 hours a day, I wanna spend at least 3 hours a day on my lowest met needs... breathing, temperature, sleep. and DO IT! JUST FUQIN DO IT!

If your nose is blocked, you aren't healthy... do some breath holds to unblock your nose and then slow down your breath to silence
Aim for a 40 second + control pause, this is guna bring you back to better health overall
Follow the exercises on this channel to get started on breathing properly, just make sure to breathe through your nose for the rest of your life

Temperature...
Expose different parts of your body to cold water, maybe start with your extremities. Your head, hands and or feet.
Try and get the water temperature down to 4 degrees celcuis, the colder the better, cuz that increases blood flow which promotes healing

Sleep...
It's been found that around 1 hour 30 minutes of sleep equates to 1 cycle of sleep
We all need high quality, high quanity sleep to repair and recover. Figure out how many cycles you'd need to feel at your best, for me it's 6, or 9 hours.
Work towards that and using all the techniques I mention in the sleep video on this channel... ear plugs, mouth taping, eye masks etc

Test how pure your water is with a TDS meter, and get yourself a water distiller
Every day drink 1 Gallon of distilled water, so that can be zero PPM, fruit juice, urine. Just take the piss and drink it.
This is gunna flush out all of the electromagnetically dead minerals that have built up in your body over the years and give space for new, alive, organic minerals that we need

Our bodies have hundreds of muscle pairs, that over time are subjected to many conditions. Certain muscles become tight from overuse and some muscles get weak from underuse.
The main focus with our movement, if we wanna keep our muscle pairs balanced is... to stretch tight muscles and strengthen weak muscles
Most of us are sat on our asses these days so an example of bringing muscles back into balance would be... stretch your quads, strengthen your glutes

1st thing... ya gotta enjoy yourself. that means, become present. i learnt this from Eckhart Tolle. Life itself is just the here and now. And that's who we are. We are the present moment. Free from thinking. We all lived from that state for about 3 years before school got hold of us. We were all present from conception till the age of about 3...
so learning how to enjoy yourself, you can return to presence as a starting point. The purpose of your life is to be here now. Here's a technique that I put together to bring us back to the present, the only place where we can enjoy ourselves... awareness, attention, acceptance into the now. for example... after sleep... the first thing you do would be become aware that it's the here and now... no phone... no tv... no distractions. there's the realisation that it's the present moment. and then you can begin to put your attention into it. your heart beating, your breath, the blood rushing around your body. or the space you're in, the stillness, the light, temperature, sounds, objects. You connect to each one of those things with your FULL attention. Acceptance starts to grow within you. You start to appreciate the simplicity of the here and now. From that comes peace, serenity, calm. The deepest state of being. This is what I call enjoying yourself. when i say that to people they think, spending money, having sex, doin drugs, whatever addictions people have... those things make you present temporarily... but im talking about enjoying yourself as a way of life. the present moment is permanent and we always have access to it when we bring our awareness, attention and acceptance into it. so to really care, if you start there, that gives space for the next thing...

But then through my teens 2001 to 2009 i had problems, couldnt adjust to high school
the stress of that made me lose sleep, i developed rhinitis from a blocked nose, this much affected me no end
and then jumping ahead to 2010 i worked myself into lower back pain
All this because nobody's ever told me how to care
So I made it a mission to figure out how we care from the age of 11
and then had a mid life crisis in 2009 at the age of 19 and scrapped my whole lifestyle
I'll probably be dead by the age of 38 is what am sayin... if the maths works out... but yeh... it was more of a midlife breakthrough
All the problems I had were too much and i just dismantled thousands of pounds worth of stuff i'd bought over the years cuz...
nothing was gettin better for me... only worse...
so I hit bottom... got rid of all my stuff and then luckilee saw a film called zeitgeist addendum which answered all the questions i had for years
I've always wanted to know how to care... nobody's ever sat down and told me how... so that's what am doin now
I've listened to hundreds if not thousands of people... like artists, technicians, philosphers, doctors, religious people, you name it
i'll even listen to you! you dont need a degree or whatever to share your experiences lol
so I've been piecing together everything i've enjoyed, found educational and experiences i've had which are a way to care...

If your nose is blocked, you aren't healthy... do some breath holds to unblock your nose and then slow down your breath to silence
Aim for a 40 second + control pause, this is guna bring you back to better health overall

Temperature...
Expose different parts of your body to cold water, maybe start with your extremities. Your head, hands and or feet.
Try and get the water temperature down to 4 degrees celcuis, the colder the better, cuz that increases blood flow which promotes healing

It's been found that around 1 hour 30 minutes of sleep equates to 1 cycle of sleep
We all need high quality, high quanity sleep to repair and recover. Figure out how many cycles you'd need to feel at your best, for me it's 6, or 9 hours.
Work towards that and using all the techniques I mention in the sleep video on this channel... ear plugs, mouth taping, eye masks etc

Test how pure your water is with a TDS meter, and get yourself a water distiller
Every day drink 1 Gallon of distilled water, so that can be zero PPM, fruit juice, urine. Just take the piss and drink it.

Our bodies have hundreds of muscle pairs, that over time are subjected to many conditions. Certain muscles become tight from overuse and some muscles get weak from underuse.
The main focus with our movement, if we wanna keep our muscle pairs balanced is... to stretch tight muscles and strengthen weak muscles
Most of us are sat on our asses these days so an example of bringing muscles back into balance would be... stretch your quads, strengthen your glutes

1st thing... ya gotta enjoy yourself. that means, become present. i learnt this from Eckhart Tolle. Life itself is just the here and now. And that's who we are. We are the present moment. Free from thinking. We all lived from that state for about 3 years before school got hold of us. We were all present from conception till the age of about 3...
so learning how to enjoy yourself, you can return to presence as a starting point. The purpose of your life is to be here now. Here's a technique that I put together to bring us back to the present, the only place where we can enjoy ourselves... awareness, attention, acceptance into the now. for example... after sleep... the first thing you do would be become aware that it's the here and now... no phone... no tv... no distractions. there's the realisation that it's the present moment. and then you can begin to put your attention into it. your heart beating, your breath, the blood rushing around your body. or the space you're in, the stillness, the light, temperature, sounds, objects. You connect to each one of those things with your FULL attention. Acceptance starts to grow within you. You start to appreciate the simplicity of the here and now. From that comes peace, serenity, calm. The deepest state of being. This is what I call enjoying yourself. when i say that to people they think, spending money, having sex, doin drugs, whatever addictions people have... those things make you present temporarily... but im talking about enjoying yourself as a way of life. the present moment is permanent and we always have access to it when we bring our awareness, attention and acceptance into it. so to really care, if you start there, that gives space for the next thing...

This is the first EVER documentation of me inside my mother and hopefullee the last
I Was born in Preston, England on 1989.11.11 - 17.25 with the name Liam James Swords
I changed my name legallee to Lee Swords though so I could work for google
But my real name is Leehamster.com
I use Leehamster.com cuz it's a unique name you can actually use to find out more about me or wherever I forward that domain

When you type that into an address bar though, it's eventuallee gunna take you to the film about my 30 years of life
I wanna show everyone where I'm coming from. and I want everyone else to do the same...
Cuz we'll only get to know each other better when we see all the experiences we've had
So yeh... my childhood from the age of ZERO to 11 - I enjoyed for the most part... thanks mummy and daddy (parents of the 90s award)
But then through my teens 2001 to 2009 i had problems, couldnt adjust to high school
the stress of that made me lose sleep, i developed rhinitis from a blocked nose, this much affected me no end
and then jumping ahead to 2010 i worked myself into lower back pain
All this because nobody's ever told me how to care
So I made it a mission to figure out how we care from the age of 11
and then had a mid life crisis in 2009 at the age of 19 and scrapped my whole lifestyle
I'll probably be dead by the age of 38 is what am sayin... if the maths works out... but yeh... it was more of a midlife breakthrough
All the problems I had were too much and i just dismantled thousands of pounds worth of stuff i'd bought over the years cuz...
nothing was gettin better for me... only worse...
so I hit bottom... got rid of all my stuff and then luckilee saw a film called zeitgeist addendum which answered all the questions i had for years
I've always wanted to know how to care... nobody's ever sat down and told me how... so that's what am doin now
I've listened to hundreds if not thousands of people... like artists, technicians, philosphers, doctors, religious people, you name it
i'll even listen to you! you dont need a degree or whatever to share your experiences lol
so I've been piecing together everything i've enjoyed, found educational and experiences i've had which are a way to care...
and nobody gets closer to how you care than Eckhart Tolle, Marshall Rosenberg & Jacque Fresco's work

& you'll learn to improve life from listening to Jacque Fresco talk about systems
combine their work together, and you'll know how to care
and it even comes all the way down to just breathing! breathing properly for god sake! yeh all have a laugh at that right now hahahahahaha
am 30 odd i think i've managed it... shut up!
if we dont know how to breathe properly, we're gunna be adding stress to our lives
but yeh... i wanna go through everything i've learnt... all my experiences... the things i've done
I wanna show the world that the experiences we have make us the person we are right now
but at the deeper level cuz i like it deep - my ex-girlfriends'll tell ya...
we are the present moment itself
so all those experiences create the character - our behaviours. what we like, want and how we perceive the world
all that comes from experiences
but all of us are the present moment, we are the universe... we're god essentiallee... thats the connection with us all - same with our needs...
which leads us into meeting everyones needs
and updating everything we have to more efficientlee meet those needs to enjoy life more... yeh i like circles too...
so CAREorDIE is the message behind all this...
if we don't CARE which is to say if we don't enjoy, love and improve life... we'll die. our entire species is going that way
and my work now is to help people care. CAREorDIE.

maybe you're thinkin about somethin that's 'negative', feelin like mr hanky or someone's doin somethin you're less than crazy about
before you load your automatic weapon, consider the needs behind what's goin on
what needs are you or others trying to meet by what's happening?
Connect your observation with a need. here's our needs. what needs are bein expressed here?
Once that connection's established, that's when you can begin to take actions towards meetin em
if you know what the needs are with everyone (everyone includes you ya melt) you're guna solve, prevent & take care of anything
You'll come up with infinite ways of meeting everybody's needs once that connection is there
so observations, needs & actions towards everyone getting what they want (which is to meet needs) is love

first thing is taking inventory of what you do on a daylee basis... how much time do you sleep? how much & what dya drink, what you're eating
DROP IT!!!
or maybe you work 27 hours a day, to relax for 0% of your free time, cuz society conditions us to submit to gettin bum rushed by men in fancy suits
figure out how much time you do stuff. like create a calendar of where your time goes
then figure out, what would be the best ways of doing those specific things
what are the optimum tools for doing what it is you do... so like... breathing... the buteyko method, breeding true deh noze
hydration, a gallon of distilled water every day... yeh, taking the piss and drinkin it...
or food, dya want some? yeh i'll have a vegan lasagne... there is a vegetarian option, ya can fuck off
figure out what are your best strategies up to now for improving different aspects of your life
then the last thing... is to APPLY what you know... its all well and 'good' (whateverthatwordmeans) listenin to me
